I truly believe we are meant to increase in every area of our lives — year after year.

We were never created to stay small.

We were never meant to live the same year on repeat.

I've had my fair share of self-sabotage.

Confidence, Capacity & Getting Out of Your Own Way

Confidence isn't loud. It's stable.

From a woman inside the work

The Becoming a Woman of Increase course is so rich with thoughtful insight and guidance! I thought I would do one module a day, or at most a week. However, I connected so deeply with the content that I wanted to spend time reflecting and planning with each module in a meaningful way.

The module worksheets are excellent for capturing my thoughts and laying out a plan. I sat with the first module for quite some time and rethought how I’m handling myself and my business. As an entrepreneur, it is essential to manage what you already have in order to grow — I had not thought enough about how I was stewarding what I have and how I strategically use that to build where I want to be.
